Jennifer Sarsfield is an internal communications professional with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations communicate clearly, credibly and humanly. She began her career in internal communications in 2000 and has worked on communications teams at global banks, insurance companies, iconic retail brands as well as in commercial real estate. As a consultant, she advises large organizations, supporting leaders and communications teams through change, complexity and high-stakes moments. Throughout her career, Jennifer has been known for her people-first approach to internal communications — using thoughtful storytelling, clear messaging and employee insight to build trust, not just push information.
