About Your Facilitator
Jennifer Sarsfield is an internal communications professional with more than 25 years of experience helping organizations communicate clearly, credibly and humanly. She began her career in internal communications in 2000 and has worked on communications teams at global banks, insurance companies, iconic retail brands and commercial real estate firms. As a consultant, she advises large organizations, supporting leaders and communications teams through change, complexity and high-stakes moments. Throughout her career, Jennifer has been known for her people-first approach to internal communications — using thoughtful storytelling, clear messaging and employee insight to build trust, not just push information. As AI began to enter the workplace, Jennifer became deeply curious about how it could support internal communicators without undermining credibility or employee trust. That curiosity led to extensive hands-on learning and experimentation — not to automate humanity out of communications, but to protect it. Today, Jennifer helps internal communicators — as well as HR and IT leaders who communicate to employees — understand where AI genuinely helps, where it doesn’t and how to integrate it responsibly into real-world workflows. Her focus is on helping professionals move past fear and uncertainty, make confident decisions and use AI in ways that are practical, ethical and distinctly human.
